Development phase is used to set the tasks for the development team and select the project management tools to make the entire plan as crystal clear as possible. Final deliverable of the IT project is developed during the Implementation phase. Often this is the longest phase of the project. This is where we carefully monitor and control the work, resources, quality, cost and risk. During the Follow Up phase the project is delivered to the client including all the paperwork.
